Good Ole Southern Fudge
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 box 10x powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large glass bowl, melt butter in microwave (put paper towel over bowl so it won't splatter)
Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa and add to butter. I sift it right into the butter bowl!
Add milk and vanilla, mixing well with an electric mixer, then heat in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Stir in pecans if desired.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan and allow to set.
